Meet Charlie and Danielle -
Charlie has been in the mitigation and restoration industry for over 15 years, and owning and operating his own company is where his heart has always been.
With a strong work ethic and a forward-thinking mindset, Charlie takes pride in leading with genuine care for every customer. He believes that success comes from doing the job right the first time — not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will always remain at the core of everything he does.
When he’s not on-site or helping clients, you can find Charlie spending time outdoors, riding his motorcycles, or spending time with his family.
Danielle’s background focuses on the behind-the-scenes operations of owning and building a business. With years of experience in administration, project coordination, and client relations, she ensures that every detail runs smoothly from start to finish.
Her passion lies in creating structure, fostering clear communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Danielle takes pride in supporting both the team and the clients — making sure that every project is handled with care, transparency, and professionalism.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys photography, reading, and spending time with family — often finding creative ways to blend her organizational skills with her artistic side.

Always Carries: Measuring TapeRece brings seven years of trade experience to Fisher Restoration with a strong focus on precision and craftsmanship. His proudest accomplishment is a full garage rebuild—taking a single-car space and transforming it into a fully structured two-car garage from the foundation up.
He values being part of Fisher because it allows him to do things right, supported by strong ethics and quality-driven work. Inspired early on by his mother’s determination in the industry, Rece developed his own passion for building, problem solving, and working with purpose.
Outside of Work: Relaxing with his girlfriend & spending time with his animals.

Always Carries: Carpentry PencilWith six years in the industry, Derrick thrives in carpentry—where detail, structure, and skill meet. His proudest achievement is managing the rebuild of a 10-unit condominium, a milestone that pushed his leadership and craftsmanship to new levels.
Derrick enjoys the positive environment at Fisher and the satisfaction of hands-on work. Problem solving and working with his hands came naturally to him, making restoration not just a job, but the right career fit.
Outside of Work: Working on cars • Riding motorcycles • Spending time with his girlfriend & daughter.
Why We Value Him: We value Derrick for his strong problem-solving abilities, his steady work ethic, and his natural talent for hands-on building. He has a way of seeing solutions where others see roadblocks, and he approaches each project with focus and confidence. Derrick contributes to our team not just through skill, but through mindset — he stays level-headed under pressure, works efficiently without cutting corners, and always keeps the end goal in sight.

Apprentice
As the youngest member of the Fisher Restoration team, our apprentice brings drive, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to every job. He’s eager to learn the trade from the ground up and takes pride in being part of a family-built business. With hands-on training, a willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed, and a natural dedication to doing quality work, he’s quickly becoming an invaluable part of the crew — and we’re proud to call him our son.
Carson spends his free time fishing and practicing photography.
