When he’s not on-site or helping clients, you can find Charlie spending time outdoors, riding his motorcycles, or spending time with his family.
Charlie and Danielle
“Part of the reason we did this is because we have two boys watching. We want to show them what sacrifice, hard work, and determination looks like so maybe one day they could take what we’ve built and make it better. Giving them a role in the family business offers an early seat at the table and a chance to build something with us.” - Danielle

Restoration Technician
Experience: 5 Years in Skilled Trades • 3 Years in Water Restoration
Certifications: WRT • ASD
Specialties: Water Mitigation • Window Installation • Demolition • Metal Flashing • Painting • General Repairs
Always Carries: A knife • Caffeine •With five years of hands-on experience in the trades, including three years specifically in water restoration, Logan brings a strong combination of restoration knowledge, craftsmanship, and quick thinking to the Fisher Restoration team. He is WRT and ASD certified, with water mitigation being one of his strongest areas of expertise.
Beyond mitigation, Logan has experience with demolition, window installation, metal flashing, painting, remodeling, and general handyman repairs. He enjoys working across different scopes of a project and has a knack for improvising and finding practical solutions when unexpected challenges come up on the job.
Logan believes communication is just as important as the work itself. When working in someone's home, he makes it a priority to keep the customer informed, make sure they're comfortable with what's happening, and complete the work as quickly and cleanly as possible without sacrificing quality.
Outside of Work: Fishing, playing video games, and spending time with family and friends. He's also a bit of a history buff, particularly when it comes to military and firearms history, and has an impressive collection of completely random, occasionally useful facts.
Why We Value Him: We value Logan for the knowledge, efficiency, and problem-solving ability he brings to the field. He's easygoing and team-oriented, but also understands the importance of keeping everyone on the same page and making decisions when a job requires someone to think on their feet.
His combination of restoration experience and broader trade knowledge makes him versatile in the field, while his focus on communication and workmanship reflects the kind of experience we want our customers to have. Whether he's responding to a water loss, installing a window, tackling repairs, or figuring out a solution that wasn't in the original plan, Logan brings confidence and capability to the job.
Logan adds experience, versatility, and good energy to our crew, and he's not afraid to get his hands dirty when there's work to be done.

Always Carries: A pocket knife • ChapstickMaddie plays an important role in keeping the day-to-day operations at Fisher Restoration organized and moving forward. Working closely with our field team, she helps bridge the gap between what’s happening in the field and what needs to happen behind the scenes to keep each job on track.

Why We Value Her: We value Maddie for the efficiency and structure she brings to our operations. Restoration work moves quickly, priorities can change by the hour, and there are countless details happening behind every project. Maddie helps turn those moving pieces into an organized plan.
Her ability to stay informed, communicate between our customers, field team, and leadership, and keep projects documented and moving forward has made her an important part of our daily operations.
