For insurance-related projects, pricing is based on the approved scope of work. For non-insurance projects, remodels, and specialty services, pricing is customized based on the specific scope, material selections, and overall project complexity.

All estimates are provided before work begins and reviewed with you in detail. In some cases, additional work may be required once materials are opened or hidden damage is discovered. If this occurs, we will communicate promptly, document the changes, and obtain approval through a supplement or change order before proceeding.

This role involves hands-on work including demolition, general labor, painting, sanding, and assisting with restoration and rebuild projects. Prior restoration experience is preferred but not required — we provide on-the-job training.
